How does Simply Whimsical handle late or missed payments?
You agree to pay all amounts owed to us for the products that you purchase through the Services, in accordance with any payment-related terms, policies or other written or electronic agreement we notify you of through the Services or the purchase process. We may require you to maintain valid credit card or other payment account information with us in order to purchase products through the Services, and if so, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment account for any purchases you make through the Services.
What is Simply Whimsical's return and refund policy?
We want you to love what you receive from Simply Whimsical. If, for whatever reason, that doesn't happen, then we're here to help.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in the condition you received it. We will not accept returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
- Simply Whimsical will handle reshipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent. If Simply Whimsical is not at fault, customers must pay for return shipping.
- Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can either be processed in-store or online.
- Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to customer's account.
How does Simply Whimsical handle payment disputes?
Orders are not released until payments are cleared. Any failure to maintain valid, up-to-date payment information with us or to keep your payments current will constitute a material breach of these terms, for which we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately without notice. Interest will be charged on all unpaid delinquent amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lesser. You agree to reimburse us for all collection agency fees, attorneys’ fees and other costs we may incur to collect delinquent amounts you owe to us.
What is Simply Whimsical's policy on promo codes and multiple discounts?
Some exclusions may apply to all discounts, promotions, and sales. We do not allow multiple discounts to be applied to any order, including sale items.
