NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?
Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:
- All products must be in the condition you received them. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
- All markdowns are final sale AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
- All accessory purchases are final sale.
- Products can be returned within 60 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can either be processed in-store or online.
- Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
- Simply Whimsical does not offer refunds on merchandise purchased through our wholesalers. We do allow exchanges of products bought through our wholesalers if the item is currently stocked, full priced, and has not been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt from the original point of purchase. Please refer to our wholesalers for their policies regarding returns and exchanges.
